Hays has been named as the Best Large Company for Graduates to Work for in the UK as part of TheJobCrowd’s Top 100 Graduate Employers.
Hays placed 11th in the Top 100 list which features both small and large companies and placed top in the list of large organisations overall. The ranking resulted in Hays being awarded the Number 1 Best Support Services (including Recruitment) Company to Work for in the UK.
TheJobCrowd Awards are based solely on the input of employees, who rate aspects of the company including training and career progression opportunities, company culture and enjoyment of the job.
The ranking comes as Hays was also named as a top 50 employer for graduates in the National Undergraduate Awards 2019 in March 2019.
Simon Winfield, Managing Director of Hays UK & Ireland, said: “We are very proud to have once again been named as the best recruiter for graduates to work for in the UK as well as being named as the best large company for graduates to work for overall.
The awards are based on employee reviews and we are pleased that so many of our graduates have taken the time to provide positive comments on their experience of working at Hays. We have extensive training programmes in place and provide much-needed support for our graduates to help them progress their careers, so we are proud that it is being recognised. We’re confident this award will help us attract even more of the best people to work with us.”
