We respect human rights in line with the principles and guidance of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the UN Guiding Principles of Business and Human Rights. This applies to our relationships with clients, candidates, business partners, suppliers and the communities within which we operate.

Slavery and Human Trafficking are human rights abuses and have no place in our business or in our supply chain. In line with our Purpose and our Values, we are dedicated to operating our business responsibly and committed to the highest standards of conduct. We are supporters of the Slave-Free Alliance and collaborating to further strengthen our policies and working practices.
