Our distributed technology infrastructure spans multiple data centres, with disaster recovery sites—including cloud-based solutions—embedded in business continuity plans. Rigorous due diligence is conducted on all IT partners and software products to ensure resilience.
We continually review our AI strategy to keep pace with rapid developments and evolving regulation, such as the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. Legal and Compliance supports responsible AI adoption, ensuring regulatory and ethical standards are met. We assess AI use cases for operational effectiveness and cost benefit, focusing on responsible innovation in recruitment and back-office functions.
Data protection is managed by a Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) and ISDP Officer, driving continuous improvement in compliance and governance. Policies are regularly reviewed, with a focus on risk identification, control implementation, and proactive mitigation. External advisers conduct regular penetration testing, and annual training programmes are updated to reflect new regulations and best practices.
