Performance and Reporting

As part of our commitment to transparency, accountability and continuous improvement we report at least annually on our sustainability performance and participate in a variety of sustainability assessments and benchmarks.

Our sustainability disclosures are now included within the FY26 Annual Report and Accounts, providing a consolidated view of our environmental, social and governance performance, commitments and progress.

We participate in a number of external sustainability assessments, benchmarks and ratings to help evaluate and strengthen our sustainability performance.

In FY26, Hays achieved an EcoVadis Bronze rating and continued to participate in external assessments and benchmarks, including CDP Climate and the FTSE4Good Index Series.

We participate in the EcoVadis assessment as Hays plc, which covers our business entities worldwide.
