How Hays tackles Modern Slavery
Our approach includes human rights due diligence, modern slavery risk assessments, supplier oversight, colleague training and awareness, Speak Up and escalation mechanisms, dedicated governance through our Modern Slavery Working Group, and collaboration with expert organisations such as the Slave-Free Alliance.
