A day in the life of a recruiter

Hays, the world’s leading recruiting experts in qualified, professional and skilled people, has launched an interactive video aimed at potential recruiters entitled ‘Experience a Day in the Life of a Recruitment Expert at Hays’.

The interactive tool gives potential consultants across the world a view of a what a typical day would look like, prior to application to Hays. The interactive video provides different scenarios, each one presenting a recruiting challenge requiring the candidate to determine the best course of action.. The video takes place across a number of the Hays’ 33 countries, including the UK, China, the US, France, UAE and Australia. After completing the interactive video, the potential recruiter comes away with a good idea of whether they are suitable to the profession or not.

The interactive video includes an introduction to Hays and a typical day that a recruiter may experience, including a breakfast seminar, candidate interview, business development call, training and development, client meeting and reward and promotion. Once the potential recruiter has selected their response it leads them to another video showing the outcome of their decision.
