Creating a More Inclusive Workplace in France, France

Hays France continued to enhance its workplace experience through initiatives aimed at enabling colleagues to thrive at different stages of their professional and personal lives.

This included the introduction of a dedicated nursing room to support colleagues returning from maternity leave, as well as a workplace feedback mechanism allowing colleagues to report concerns and make positive suggestions to improve our office and working environments. These initiatives reflect Hays' commitment to creating an inclusive, comfortable, productive and supportive workplace where colleagues feel valued and heard able to perform at their best.
