We have considered integrated transition risk, in addition to physical risk, within Hays Enterprise Risk management framework; conducted a climate-related scenario analysis using the Network for Greening Financial Systems (NGFS) and publish our statement in accordance with FCA requirements of Equity Listed UK corporates.
