In a move that reflects its continued status as Asia’s top professional recruitment company and its desire to replicate this success on a global stage, Hays will relocate its Shenzhen office to the prestigious China Resources Headquarters late 2018.
Shenzhen became Hays’ third area of operation in Greater Bay Area in July 2017, illustrating the company’s growing status in the Greater Bay Area. However, in only 12 months the branch has proven successful beyond expectations, necessitating this expansion to become the first – and only – recruitment agency situated in the China Resources Headquarters.
The brand new, first-class modern building with state of the art facilities, is a dramatic addition to in the Shenzhen Bay area, and with its dynamic diagrid shape reaching up into the Shenzhen sky it resembles a gleaming spring bamboo shoot, perfectly encapsulating Hays’ growth and aspirations in the region.
The Hays Shenzhen branch will continue to provide its exemplary service in Accountancy & Finance, Banking, Digital Technology, Human Resources, IT Sales, Marketing & Digital and Manufacturing & Operations recruitment. But with its new location in the Nanshan district, home to Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park comprising some of Greater Bay Area’s largest tech companies, the move demonstrates an ardent commitment to becoming the region’s leading recruiter in the Tech space.
Tasked with ensuring the smooth transition and future success of the Hays Shenzhen office is Samson Ho, Business Director, who has been chosen to lead the Shenzhen team.
In his 8 years with Hays, Samson has built up an impressive reputation due to his experience, extensive network and knowledge in recruitment, as well as his triumphs in scaling teams and driving business success, being promoted multiple times in the process.
“I’m extremely excited to be spearheading this move,” said Samson. “I am joining a team that is dedicated and knowledgeable across all areas of professional recruitment, and the speed at which the department has grown is testament to this. I am looking forward to leading this office to even greater heights.”
“This move to such a prestigious building signifies a strong commitment and desire to build on the already impressive work that the team has done. For job seekers, our new location in the heart of Shenzhen’s influential Tech space illustrates our ability to better advise on job opportunities, guide job searches and provide objective advice on how to achieve career ambitions in one of the most important technology and industrial sectors in the Greater Bay Area,” Dean Stallard, Managing Director of Hays Greater Bay Area emphasises.
“And with the exemplary team that we have in place, it is clear that our capabilities are extraordinary, illustrating to our clients without doubt that Hays is the key to their recruitment solutions in the region,” Samson adds.
