Hays has been announced as the only recruiter in the top 20 list of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Interview in 2016 in the UK.
Hays was recognised in the top 20 alongside companies such as energy company EDF, which came first, followed by BDO and Mott MacDonald. The awards are based solely on the input of interview candidates who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback about their interview experience. Hays achieved a score of 91% positive interview experience.
Sandra Henke, Director of People & Culture at Hays, comments: “We are delighted to win this award, which reflects the emphasis we put on offering a strong candidate experience. We have a company culture of being honest and transparent and are always clear from the outset about what we expect from our candidates and what they can expect in return. To be ranked so highly and to be the only recruiter in this list is another great achievement for us and testament to the great relationship we build with our candidates from day one, which ensures we continue to secure the industry’s top talent.”
