Yvonne Smyth appointed Group Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Director for Hays

Hays, the world’s leading recruiting experts in qualified, professional and skilled people, announces the appointment of Yvonne Smyth as Group Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Director.
 
Yvonne, a qualified lawyer, began working for Hays in 2000 and is also the chair of Hays Leading Women - a fast growing and highly regarded membership group for experienced professional women. 
 
Yvonne will assist and meet the demands of clients in achieving their goals relating to equality, diversity and inclusion. Yvonne’s new responsibilities will include coordinating Hays’ commitment to diversity and inclusion and will develop Hays’ expertise and recruitment consulting ability in the area of diversity and inclusion.
 
Group Human Resources Director, Robert Potter, had this to say on Yvonne’s appointment, “With the demand for talent and skills increasing, so much of our job now involves bringing deep insight and expertise to source candidates with the right talent and skills.
