Our customers
Our customer base provides us with a balanced portfolio:
- Approximately 20% of group net fees is from retained recruitment contracts, with the remaining 80% from one-off spot transactions
- The public sector accounts for 22% of the Group's net fees with the private sector accounting for the remaining 78% of net fees
- Our Top 40 customer accounts currently contribute around 15% of the Group's total net fees, underlining that our business is not overly reliant on any one customer account
- Our business currently operates in 17 specialisms worldwide. Our largest specialism, Accounting & Finance, currently accounts for 33% of Group net fees. Our Construction & Property and IT specialisms account for 20% and 19%, respectively, of net fees. The remaining 28% of Group net fees comes from our 14 other specialisms ranging from Sales & Marketing and Education to Oil & Gas and Healthcare.
